The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Shibuya. It made exploring the area super easy. The reception staff were really friendly at check-in, which set a positive tone for my stay. I appreciated having drink coupons for the cafe. that little perk felt special. However, the room I stayed in was incredibly small. I had to open my suitcase on the bed since there wasn’t much space to move around. The bathroom felt cramped too, making it tough to get ready comfortably. Also, I noticed some inconsistency with housekeeping. There were days when my towels weren’t changed, and I felt the service could have been better overall. If you're traveling solo or for a short trip, this place can work, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families looking for additional space.

Staying with my friends was fantastic! Just a short walk to the Shibuya crossing, making exploring a breeze. We also visited a cafe nearby, and it was nice having a Family Mart right across the street. The staff were helpful, and we got drink coupons too. The beds were comfy, and our room had everything we needed for our stay.
The check-in was a bit confusing as they offered us separate rooms instead of the double we booked, which was a hassle. We had to double-check our payment due to some unclear communication.

I had a cozy stay with spotless, high-pressure showers and daily fresh towels, but the room was tiny and felt more like a hallway. I would stay again, though!

The staff were incredibly friendly and even shared a few laughs with me during check-in. I was grateful for the excellent shower. it felt like a small luxury after a long day exploring.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

The location can't be beat! We were just a short walk from Shibuya and enjoyed exploring the nearby cafés. The clean rooms and comfy twin beds. Definitely a good spot for families.
My wife says that the room was a bit cramped for our family. More storage space would be great for families with kids.

An excellent location makes exploring easy, with vibrant areas just a short walk away. The room was functional and thoughtfully equipped with a kettle and fridge, which were great for making tea. However, the room felt snug, limiting luggage space and movement. The staff were friendly but sometimes lacking in helpfulness, which could be frustrating. Canapés provided added a nice touch to the experience.
